Delivery and Returns

-If the product you receive is defective, we offer a *7-day* return policy.


-You must notify us by writing to contact@tplex.com in case you want to raise a dispute.

-Shipping costs to return any defective items are covered by TPLEX.

-To be eligible for a refund, pictures of the item from each side must be sent beforehand to contact@tplex.com.

-TPLEX will not accept any item that has been washed, damaged, stained, etc.

-TPLEX will also not accept any item that does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as originally purchased.

-TPLEX holds the right to cancel any order if the items are not in stock.
